Free Event: Join us for a LOFTY RECIPE NIGHT on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, @ 6:00 PM in the Upstairs Loft at Downtown Grocery for a free talk on Stress Management in partnership with Bautch Chiropractic. We’ve all stress of varying sorts in our lives, and we’d like to talk with you about how we can better manage those stress through food, exercise, recreation, and we’ll make a couple of simple comforting dishes too.
